TXT e-Tech is looking for Project Engineers to join new digital projects focusing on software solutions, digital platforms, data‑driven services, AI, digital twin technologies and web/mobile applications. The role is responsible for the planning, execution and control of digital initiatives, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, quality and requirements. The Project Engineer acts as a bridge between business, analysts and development teams, translating operational needs into concrete digital solutions and managing the entire project lifecycle. Main responsibilities Project Management Plan and manage digital projects end‑to‑end (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure). Define project scope, milestones, budget, timelines and KPIs. Manage risks, dependencies, change requests and priorities. Ensure the adoption of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies. Technical Coordination Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements (BRD, backlog). Coordinate software architectures, system integrations, data flows and interfaces. Collaborate with development teams and Data Analysts. Validate technical solutions against requirements and company standards. Stakeholder Management Act as a point of reference between business owners, development teams, Data Analysts, external suppliers and technology partners. Prepare and lead project status meetings, steering committees and design reviews. Clearly communicate project status, issues and corrective action. Quality & Delivery Ensure the quality of digital solutions (testing, UAT, validation). Support production release and post‑delivery phases. Ensure proper technical and operational documentation. Knowledge & Experience Knowledge of software and digital projects (web, mobile, cloud, data, AI). Basic experience with IT architectures, APIs, system integrations and data platforms. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Kanban and/or Waterfall methodologies. Ability to read and contribute to technical documentation (SRS, SOW, roadmaps). Skills in planning and controlling timelines, costs and resources. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The profile is completed by good communication and negotiation skills, a strong focus on results, functional leadership and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, as well as a flair for innovation and continuous improvement.
