Siamo alla ricerca di un Chief Engineer / Capo Manutentore altamente qualificato emotivato per guidare il nostro team di manutenzione e garantire il corretto funzionamento delle nostre strutture e attrezzature.La figura sarà responsabile della pianificazione, implementazione e supervisione delle attività di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva.Gestione del Team: Coordinare e supervisionare il personale di manutenzione, assegnando compiti e monitorando le performance.Pianificazione della Manutenzione: Gestione delle Risorse: Controllare e gestire il budget per la manutenzione, inclusi i costi dei materiali e la gestione dei fornitori.Assicurare che tutte le attività di manutenzione siano conformi alle normative di sicurezza e agli standard di qualità.Reportistica: Redigere report periodici sulle attività di manutenzione e sugli interventi effettuati, analizzando le performance e proponendo miglioramenti.Formazione e Sviluppo: Pianificare e condurre sessioni di formazione per il personale di manutenzione, promuovendo la crescita professionale.Formazione: Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettrica o equivalente.Competenze Tecniche: Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi di manutenzione e delle tecnologie di automazione.Problem Solving: Abilità nel diagnosticare e risolvere problemi tecnici complessi.Lingue: Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e preferibilmente dell'inglese.Formazione Continua: Accesso a corsi di formazione e aggiornamenti professionali.
