Role Mission As a Europe Travel Associate, you will support the team by ensuring all travel arrangements are accurate and well-documented, maintaining service excellence, and helping deliver exceptional travel experiences for our clients. You’ll collaborate closely with Travel Advisors, Advisor Support, and the broader team to provide quality assurance, documentation support, and ensure itinerary accuracy. You Will Project & Document Management Collaborate with Res and Support teams to create, organize, and maintain easy‑access content and reference documents (dining guides, pricing reference sheets, etc.) Assist in developing and executing a pre‑travel protocol on bookings to ensure accuracy, efficiency and a seamless backend operation Take on projects from leadership as needed to support the European Specialist Team Quality Check & Audit Assist with final adjustments to bookings and complete quality checks (Q/C) against all confirmations in the Admin system. Ensure all hotel proformas are aligned with the correct pricing entered in the database. Audit bookings to ensure each one has a
