Join our professional team of 700+ dedicated individuals and play a key role in shaping the daily operations of a prestigious, forward-thinking institution.Internship OpportunitiesThese internships offer the opportunity to gain operational experience in one of the following key areas within Bocconi University, contributing to the institution's activities and development in a structured, international, and dynamic environment.Admissions Office: focused on managing selection, admission and enrollment processes for students applying to Undergraduate and Graduate Programs. The experience offers an in-depth understanding of admissions systems, candidate relations and evaluation criteria in a highly international and merit-based academic environment.Employer Relations & Career Services Office: contributing to activities designed to connect students and graduates with the job market, supporting career counseling sessions, preparing reports and analyses, and collaborating on projects related to job market trends, employability, and relations with employers across sectors.Internship Office: within the office supporting students and graduates throughout the entire internship lifecycle. The role focuses on operational, administrative and regulatory activities, offering a concrete understanding of service-oriented processes and direct interaction with students and companies in an international university context.Global Alliances: supporting the management of international programs (Double Degrees, CEMS, Themis), student mobility processes, scholarships, academic recognition procedures, and relations with partner universities.Events office - Alumni & Fundraising: focused on supporting the planning and delivery of institutional, networking and fundraising events. The role offers hands-on experience in event management, coordination with internal teams and external providers, and the creation of event-related communication materials in an international academic environment.Depending on the area of assignment, interns will acquire insight into the organization's operations and processes, strengthen their analytical and communication skills, and develop an understanding of stakeholder management within a leading international academic institution.RequirementsMaster's Degree with an outstanding academic path.Fluency in English.Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on and problem-solving approach; customer orientation and adaptability to different stakeholders; ability to organize and manage work autonomously and on time; strong attention to detail.We offer6 months paid internship (€1,000 gross monthly reimbursement + meal vouchers)Hands-on experience in a leading international academic institution.Train on the job and professional development (e.g. training activities, Coursera courses, English training, professional orientation activities,...).A collaborative and purpose-driven environment.Access to Campus facilities and networking events.Smart working and flexible hours.To applyPlease send your CV in PDF format to join us and kick-start your career in a vibrant, international settingBocconi is an equal opportunities employer.
