We partner across Europe leveraging local knowledge and market expertise.Safety Specialist – Operations Business Unit (Grassobbio, BG)We are looking for a motivated and skilled Safety Specialist to join our Operations Business Unit. The selected candidate will support the Operations office in organisational and managerial aspects related to the preparation and execution of projects, as well as provide functional support to the department.Key AccountabilitiesPreparation of pre‑construction documentation (drawings and CAD layouts, management of Safety Plans (POS), documents and safety portals).Liaison with subcontractors and suppliers to collect documentation and ensure the proper execution of activities.Organisational and administrative support for the site: material orders, document archiving, deadline tracking and supplier management.RequirementsTechnical high school diploma.Knowledge of 2D CAD.Proficiency in Excel / MS Office.Knowledge of the English language.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Residence close to the workplace (Grassobbio).Preferred RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree.1‑2 years of experience in technical back‑office or safety roles.Familiarity with construction site organization and operations.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionRenewable Energy – Semiconductor Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
