We look forward to getting to know you. full time - unlimited Your contribution to the energy transition As our Head of Project Finance you are responsible for leading all project finance and M&A activities for JUWI Italy, overseeing end‑to‑end transactions and reporting to the Managing Director of the Italian company. This includes structuring, negotiating, and securing project finance for new-build renewable energy assets, as well as originating, evaluating, and executing M&A transactions (acquisitions, joint ventures, divestments). The role serves as the company’s subject‑matter expert on financial structuring, bankability, investment modelling, and valuation working closely with Development, EPC, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure optimal capital structure, successful financial close, and high‑value strategic transactions. Lead the project finance team in developing financial models and analyses to support investment decisions, financing structures, sensitivities, and bankability assessments for solar, storage, wind and hybrid renewable energy projects Lead the entire M&A cycle for both project sale and acquisition opportunities for ready‑to‑build or operational assets: deal sourcing, valuation, structuring, preparation of investment cases, due diligence, negotiation, and closing Negotiate SPA, SHA, JV agreements, earn‑outs, option structures, and other transaction documents.
