Rangers Battistolli is looking for Licensed Security Guards (Guardie Particolari Giurate) to be assigned to a large multinational company operating in the IT sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining the safety and protection of people and property in the assigned area. Observing activities and reporting incidents at the client site. Using metal detectors and handheld scanners, improving services, and training.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- The listed functions describe the professional objective of this job. Specific duties may vary and be documented separately. Employees are not required to perform all listed functions. Additional duties may be assigned, and functions may be modified based on company needs.
- Request datacenter personnel to use the metal detector and/or handheld scanner when entering and exiting secure areas.
- Monitor traffic flow through screening checkpoints.
- Follow procedures in case of a security breach, notifying supervisors or other competent personnel in case of violations.
- Use walkthrough metal detectors and handheld scanners.
- Know and follow prescribed work practices and be aware of company policies and procedures regarding workplace safety. Employees must report any unsafe working conditions to supervisors.
- All duties must be performed with honesty, ethics, and professionalism. In case of doubt, employees must ask supervisors or authorized company representatives for clarification or guidance.
Requisiti
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Requirements for Employment:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Italian citizenship or citizenship of an EU member country.
- No criminal convictions or pending legal proceedings.
- Valid driving license.
- Valid Armed Security Guard license (or strong motivation to obtain it).
- Excellent knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Excellent knowledge of computer tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable communication devices.
- Possession of a personal means of transportation.
- Availability to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including drug testing and background checks.
Education/Experience:
Previous work experience in security, public services (police, firefighters), or military background is preferred.
Skills (demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):
- Ability to meet and maintain all applicable state, provincial, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers.
- Knowledge of basic security and fire control procedures.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to observe situations and make decisions.
- Ability to meet and maintain required skills, certifications, or authorizations for assigned accounts.
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
- Ability to learn to operate a variety of security and protective devices.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical and mental ability to perform all essential functions effectively is required.
