Clariter Group è alla ricerca di un/a Product & Project Management Specialist per un importante cliente a Roma.Il ruolo ha l'obiettivo di supportare l'intero ciclo di vita dei prodotti e progetti del cliente, assicurando struttura, pianificazione, qualità delle delivery e allineamento continuo tra funzioni business, IT, fornitori e direzione. La figura garantisce ordine, tracciabilità e coerenza nelle attività progettuali e nell'evoluzione dei servizi, contribuendo al miglioramento continuo e alla riduzione del time-to-market.Responsabilità principaliSupporto al ciclo di sviluppo del prodottoGestire raccolta requisiti, analisi preliminare e definizione delle priorità di roadmap.Pianificare rilasci ed evolutive in coordinamento con team interni ed esterni.Facilitare il coordinamento operativo tra business, IT, fornitori e stakeholder.Gestione del masterplan e del portafoglio progettiAggiornare e mantenere il masterplan prodotti/progetti.Monitorare avanzamento, milestone, task, issue e rischi.Garantire un allineamento continuo con direzione e team progettuali.Formalizzazione requisiti e documentazione funzionaleRedigere requisiti funzionali, use case e specifiche in collaborazione con analisti e sviluppatori.Validare le specifiche e curare la documentazione funzionale e tecnica.Coordinamento dei test e dei rilasciOrganizzare e coordinare test funzionali e UAT.Raccogliere feedback, gestire azioni correttive e assicurare la qualità dei rilasci.Gestione backlog ed evolutiveGestire backlog, priorità e allineamento tra business, IT e fornitori.Presidiare i flussi di comunicazione, garantendo chiarezza e coerenza con la roadmap.Gestione documentale e knowledge
