The Forensic Accounting and Claims Services (FACS) area provides insurance loss-adjusting advisory services on behalf of clients, with the aim of determining the damage incurred and ensuring the correct indemnity payable by insurers. In addition, it supports the accurate valuation of assets, making a tangible contribution to risk management and strategic decision-making.
We will count on you to:Understanding client needs, initiating data collection and preliminary analysis, and preparing an appropriate commercial proposal.
Collecting, validating, and structuring large data sets for real estate and asset valuation.
Conducting site inspections of assets to be valued, gathering the necessary evidence and informationEstimating the value of buildings, plants, machinery, and equipment for insurance purposes (replacement cost, new replacement value, current value) and for tax purposes (market value, fair value, etc.).
Preparing accurate, verifiable, and unbiased valuation reports in line with industry standards and professional best practices.
Preparing and presenting structured, clear, and usable valuation reports for insurance, accounting, and legal purposes.
Managing and developing client relationships, providing specialized technical support for their risk management strategies.
Working independently and as part of project teams, meeting project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
Ensuring quality, governance, and consistency of valuation data, in compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Using data management and analysis tools (workflow, data cataloging, report automation) to improve operational efficiency and valuation accuracy.
What you need to have: Degree in a technical discipline, preferably civil or mechanical engineerin.

The position is offered on a permanent basis.
We propose a gross annual salary starting from 36.000 for a full-time position. Depending on experience, skills and qualifications, we are willing to consider compensation above the starting salary. Variable remuneration may be granted in accordance with company policy. Further details will be shared during the selection process or directly in the employment contract.
The National Collective Bargaining Agreement (NCBA) applied is "Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi”.
The contractual level, together with the applicable terms and conditions, will be determined in line with the experience and professional profile of the candidate selected through the recruitment process.
