Per conto di una realtà industriale strutturata del settore manifatturiero, siamo alla ricerca di un Lean Maintenance Manager che guidi l’evoluzione della manutenzione verso un modello orientato ad affidabilità, prevenzione e miglioramento continuo, in linea con i principi TPM e Lean.Il ruolo ha l’obiettivo di sviluppare una cultura proattiva, migliorando la disponibilità degli impianti, la sicurezza e la qualità dei processi produttivi.Responsabilità principaliPromuovere una cultura di Autonomous Maintenance e prevenzione dei guasti.Strutturare e migliorare le pratiche di manutenzione preventiva, predittiva e migliorativa.Guidare iniziative di miglioramento continuo (Kaizen) in collaborazione con Produzione ed Engineering.Analizzare dati e KPI di manutenzione per definire azioni strutturali.Gestire e sviluppare il team di manutenzione, supportandone la crescita tecnica.Garantire l’utilizzo efficace dei CMMS/MMS (es. SAP PM/MM o equivalenti).Collaborare alla gestione del budget e ai piani di investimento.Laurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Elettrica, Automazione o affini).Esperienza consolidata (8–10+ anni) in ruoli di responsabilità nella manutenzione industrialeConoscenza di TPM, Lean Tools, CMMS, RCA e principali KPI manutentivi.Leadership, approccio pratico e orientamento ai risultati.Sede: Hinterland di Benevento#J-18808-Ljbffr
