We are looking for young talents ready to embark on a professional development journey in a technical-commercial environment , with the goal of building strong expertise in hydraulics and industrial applications .

What do we offer?

A 24-month professional development program through an apprenticeship contract in Bosch Rexroth Oil Control SpA – Nonantola (MO), designed to help you develop technical, application, and commercial skills through the support of experienced professionals and hands-on experience in the field.
At the end of the program, based on the skills acquired, your demonstrated aptitude, and organizational needs, you may pursue one of the following career paths:

APPLICATION ENGINEER

Key responsibilities will include:

Technical Support: analyze customer requirements and size and select the most suitable hydraulic components for different applications.
Solution Development: collaborate with the Engineering Department to define and customize product configurations.
Technical & Commercial Offers: prepare technical documentation and preliminary drawings to support commercial offers.

SALES ENGINEER

Key responsibilities will include:

New Business Development: identify and approach potential customers and distributors.
Customer Relationship Management: act as the main point of contact for customers, understanding their technical needs and application requirements.
Commercial Offers: prepare commercial quotations, define standard prices and terms, and support delivery planning in collaboration with the Technical Office.

Qualifications

What distinguished you?

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
English language proficiency (B2 level) and Italian language proficiency (C1 level)
Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
Category B driving licence
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Interest in the industrial sector and in developing both technical and commercial expertise
