L’Hotel Indigo Venice Sant’Elena in zona Biennale, facente parte del gruppo HNH Hospitality, è alla ricerca di un* Restaurant Manager. Sarai un riporto diretto dell'Hotel Manager e lavorerai a stretto contatto con il team F&B.Di cosa ti occuperai:Sarai responsabile della gestione operativa del ristorante con un focus su Organizzazione del servizio, garantendo l’applicazione degli standard qualitativi e delle procedure operative.Supervisione delle attività, fornendo supporto operativo al team.Attenzione agli ospiti per garantire un’esperienza di eccellenza.Promuovere le attività ristorative per attrarre ospiti e clienti esterni.Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici e qualitativi del reparto.Seguire la formazione dei collaboratori, creando un ambiente di lavoro motivante e stimolante.Chi stiamo cercando:Persona responsabile, precisa e in grado di gestire criticità operative con soluzioni efficaci.Ottime doti organizzative, comunicative e flessibilità.Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in hotel di pari categoria.Passione per l’hotellerie, attenzione ai dettagli, capacità di gestione di Food & Beverage Cost.Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese.Conoscenza di sistemi gestionali, esperienza nella gestione dei costi del personale e una seconda lingua straniera sono considerati un plus.Cosa Offriamo:Contratto a tempo determinato iniziale di un anno a scopo stabilizzazione.Premio variabile legato all’eventuale raggiungimento degli obiettivi dell'hotel.Staff rate e family&friends per soggiornare nei nostri hotel a tariffe agevolate.Per il tuo compleanno: permesso di un giorno retribuito dall'azienda e una cena offerta in una delle nostre strutture a tua scelta.Maggiorazioni aggiuntive per le ore lavorate di sabato e domenica e indennità per le settimane lavorate su 6 giorni.Mensa aziendale.Possibilità di alloggio.#J-18808-Ljbffr
