We are a 25 people team, based in Paris and Lisbon (Marquês Pombal). The software provides ERP features (timesheets, billing…) and creates a network between all stakeholders (services companies, their clients & freelancers). Our vision: create the next automated software that will destroy all unnecessary work times, so that people can be on never‑ending holidays Stafiz offers a connected world, in which hybrid teams work on projects, whether they be freelance collectives, teams that mix in‑house and subcontractors, and so on. Stafiz is increasingly integrating artificial intelligence to make work easier:automatic creation of staffing scenarios, optimizing financial margins gpt chatbot for instant problem resolutionThe job The website is built under Laravel (PHP framework) and hosted at AWS. Stafiz is growing very quickly and is now seeking to extend its internal development team. We are looking for a PHP developer that will be in charge of building new features and modules. We love sharp people who like the code to be neat and clean, for the beauty and efficiency of it. The development team will be growing a lot in the next few months, so you’ll have responsibilities in the business and the way the team is getting structured and organized. TasksDevelop and improve features on our main platform Working with internal and external APIs and SAAS Refactoring, security patches and upgrade the platform Code ReviewProfileYou’re always after the best practices and best tools to implement and use in the daily developer life You write clean and efficient code Be autonomous => you work your way, we judge only by the results Being a team player Fluent in EnglishMain requirementsYou have at least 5 years of experience as a back‑end developer You have a good knowledge of PHP (Laravel if possible) and OOP A good knowledge of Vue.js is a plus You are autonomous: you work your way, we only judge by the results You are good at logics and mathematics You are a team player You are fluent in English.
