Supply Chain Mgr., Device Service, AMZL FieldJob ID : | Amazon.com Services LLCOverviewLead the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain strategies for implementing device service programs across Amazon's Last Mile fleet of vehicles in North America. This role will create and optimize business processes for device service, managing objectives around uptime, customer experience, and service cost. This leader will work across multiple internal stakeholder groups as well as external partners to raise the bar for Amazon’s Last Mile Fleet.Key job responsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable supply chain strategies and operating models for device service programs across hundreds of locationsCreate and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes from concept through design, testing, implementation, and scalingDevelop innovative solutions to complex device service challenges while maintaining high quality standards and cost efficiencyLead significant cost reduction and performance improvement initiatives across the retrofit supply chain networkDrive continuous improvement in quality, cost, service, and technology implementationManage strategic relationships with key stakeholders and suppliersCreate and maintain performance metrics and analytics to drive data-based decisionsIdentify and mitigate long-term risks before they become roadblocksA day in the lifeAmazon is looking for a Supply Chain Mgr., Device Service to design and execute strategies to optimize service performance for our growing count of vehicle tech devices to support safety, delivery performance, and delivery service provider satisfaction. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400 / year in our highest geographic market.
