Junior Energy Markets Regulation ProfileRomaUSD 34.000 - 70.000Junior Energy Markets Regulation ProfileDeadline for applying: February 16, 2025DescriptionGreentalent, a recruitment agency specialized in the search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering, and Environment sectors, on behalf of Gestore dei Mercati Energetici S.p.A., is looking for:JUNIOR ENERGY MARKETS REGULATION PROFILEWe are looking for candidates who have obtained a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in technical-economic, political-social, or legal disciplines and have gained between 1 and 3 years of experience in corporate, consulting, or academic environments, working on the regulation of the electricity and/or natural gas sectors.Knowledge of both national and European regulatory frameworks, including primary and secondary regulations governing the electricity and natural gas sectors, particularly regarding organized markets and trading systems for electricity and gas, is required. Additionally, familiarity with the renewable energy sector is desirable.The candidate must also have an excellent command of both written and spoken English.The CV should clearly indicate relevant experiences and periods (start and end dates) and the knowledge acquired in the required fields.The selected candidate will report to the Head of the Legal and Regulatory Department and will primarily provide support for the following activities:Constant monitoring of the national and European regulatory evolution;Drafting/updating regulations for markets and platforms managed by GME;Support for drafting technical regulations;Regulatory activities related to international projects for the development and integration of markets;International contract management.Problem-solving skills, precision, discretion in handling confidential information, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset are essential qualities.Contract: Permanent contract with salary commensurate with experience and professionalism.Candidates who have held supervisory or control powers over GME within the last three years, in a public administration role, are not eligible for this position.This job offer is open to both male and female candidates (Law 903/77) – Aegis Srl, authorized by Ministry Prot. 26543 D.
