The ideal candidate will be a genuine host and inspiring leader with a proven track record in experiential hospitality. Entrepreneurial spirit, commercial acumen, and a passion for people are key.Essential Job Functions And ResponsibilitiesLead the existing team and add new team membersDrive revenue and profitability, holding full P&L responsibilityAdvise on and manage CAPEX projects, ensuring investments align with business priorities and brand standardsDeliver a world-class guest and member experience that reflects Aethos’ ethos and valuesPartner with the corporate team to implement strategic initiatives and continuously improve performanceEnsure the highest standards of service, quality, and operational efficiencyOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment between Rooms, F&B and EventsPrepare and submit all required reports accurately and on timeFoster innovation, encourage ideas, and act as an ambassador of Aethos cultureEnsure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulationsRepresent the property in the local community, building relationships with partners and stakeholdersOversee and grow the Aethos Club membership base, developing engaging experiences and strong relationships with membersCore CompetenciesFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)Minimum 7/10 years of hospitality management experience, including experience leading multi-department teamsStrong understanding of F&B operations and proven ability to launch or reposition conceptsCommercially driven with the ability to identify and act on revenue and efficiency opportunitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to inspire, delegate, and engage teamsComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentHands‑on leadership style with genuine passion for hosting and human connectionStrong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skillsFlexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and events as requiredUpholds confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism at all timesWhat We OfferAn opportunity to lead a distinctive hospitality concept within a growing international groupA collaborative, creative, and people‑first company cultureDevelopment opportunities within a high‑growth environment, domestically and internationallyFamily & Friends hotel rates within the Aethos collectionWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
