They will be responsible for follow-the-sun delivery and support of Network services, prompt reaction on all network infrastructure incidents as 2nd line support and cooperation with other infrastructure teams for resolution.Duties and ResponsibilitiesFull scope of tasks including but not limited to:Ensure that all escalated incidents are handled by the team within SLA's.Participate in Problem management processes.Ensure that our Network Operations are reliable, secure, resilient and scalable to support our growing business.On-time delivery of assigned network infrastructure projects.Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.Create and maintain technical documentation on all system designs and configurations, troubleshooting procedures.Oversee network security measures and identifies potential risks to ensure sufficient mechanisms are in place to protect systems and data.Design, deploy, and support LANs, WANs, network appliances, load balancers, routers, switches, and other hardware. Implement best practices and lessons learned from initiatives and projects to optimize future outcomes.RequirementsSkills & Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies, standards, and trends.Strong technical background with 3+ years' experience in a Network Administration role delivering network infrastructure systems, security and support.Strong technical knowledge of network equipment - switches, routers (Cisco, Dell, HP,) & firewalls.Strong technical knowledge of organizing WiFi setups.Strong understanding of IPsec VPN setup, site-to-site tunnels, and troubleshooting.Understanding of all aspects of design and implementation of corporate networking and systems infrastructure, including MPLS, VPN, network connectivity, Internet access.Proficiency with switching and routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, route maps, Access Control Lists, route redistribution, path selection, and traffic engineering.Experience with LAN/WAN/SD-WAN design and architecture.Strong understanding of infrastructure change management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues.Work with vendors and service providers to resolve escalated issuesMaintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating proceduresDesirableHands-on experience with firewall configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting.Experience with RAS VPN configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting across user devices.Experience integrating GlobalProtect with authentication mechanisms such as LDAP, SAML, and MFA.BenefitsBonusEmployee Assistance ProgramMeal VoucherWelfare#J-18808-Ljbffr
