Join our team as a Sales Specialist Liquid Handling & Robotics in Italy and bring your passion and talent to work Sales Specialist Liquid Handling & Robotics – Italy (Full-time)Your ImpactAs a Sales Specialist, you will serve customers by selling Tecan’s innovative liquid handling products in the Italian territory. You will be the first-line liaison between Tecan and our customers, acting with integrity and honesty in all business contacts. Your consultative approach will help identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, while you work closely with Sales Management, Service, Detection, and Automation teams to develop and maintain sales opportunities.Your ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales targets for assigned product lines within your territoryIndependently manage complex customer situations and support colleagues in resolution proceduresDevelop and maintain high-level consultative sales skills and product knowledgeAcquire a detailed understanding of customer accounts to develop effective strategiesCoordinate and conduct product demonstrations; participate in trade shows and industry eventsResolve customer complaints through investigation and solution developmentService existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accountsMaintain accurate customer information in our CRM systemProvide feedback to management on new applications and competitive landscapeCollaborate on product training, sales forecasts, and action plansCollect up-to-date competitive and market informationFollow all local safety procedures and regulationsYour BackgroundScience degree or equivalentAt least 5 years of sales experience in laboratory instrumentsMinimum 3 years’ experience in the medical or life science industry, ideally in a laboratory environmentPractical computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to multitask and manage time, territory, and accounts effectivelyKnowledge of the liquid handling marketplace is a plusProfessional, honest, and engaging with people interactionEmotionally resilient and passionate about making a differenceWhat Makes Working at Tecan UniqueThe chance to make it count and have an impact on the world of tomorrowWorking in an international and diverse environmentOpportunities to grow your career within the companyEmpowerment through our strong and unique company cultureComprehensive compensation and benefits packageJoin Tecan, a great place to workRead about our recent certification from Great Place to Work.
