Verify Quality Control Plans implementation, manage inspection teams, and ensure all quality records are properly collected for project completion and client handover. This role offers specialization tracks based on technical expertise and project requirements.Location:Project-based (International assignments) Experience Level:Mid to Senior (5-12 years) Disciplines:Civil | Electrical | Instrumentation | NDT (Non-Destructive Testing)Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and witness inspections, check reports and verify collection of Quality RecordsReview Quality Control Plans and verify tests/inspections are performed according to QC Plans/Inspection Test PlansEvaluate qualification of inspection personnel and verify work procedures including special processesCheck availability and adequacy of consumables, equipment, and instrumentationVerify materials and equipment are correctly received, stored, preserved, calibrated, and traceableOversee subcontractor activities, witness inspections, and collect Quality Control RecordsVerify preparation of Quality works dossier and ensure records are retrievable in As-Built documentationEnsure NCR management process is in place and effectiveSupport QC Information System setupEnsure personnel have access to all required project documentationTechnical Specialization Areas CivilExcavation, blinding, shuttering, concrete pouring techniquesIron cutting and bending, reinforcement preparationSteel structures erection sequences and methodologiesFoundation preparation and structural steel drawings interpretationConcrete testing (compression strength, density, moisture content)Laboratory examination results reviewElectricalCable laying, cable identification, and cable log filesElectrical equipment installation (transformers, switchboards, batteries, lighting systems)Visual inspections, dimensional tests, rating checksContinuity and insulation resistance testingCable termination and torquingFunctional testing for electrical equipmentInstrumentationTelecommunication systems (PA/PG, radio, WLAN, CCTV, structured cabling)Automation technologies (motors, drives, controllers, PLC, inverters)Field instruments installation and calibrationLoop checks and functional testingPneumatic signal connectionsFiber optic cable installation and testingNDT (Non-Destructive Testing)NDT technologies and methodologiesLaboratory and project/site NDT activities managementNDT instruments calibration and certification validity checksSupervision of NDT operations and quality controlVerification of test results and documentationQualifications Education:Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil, Electrical, or related technical fieldExperience:5-12 years in Quality Control inspection and supervisionMinimum3-5 years hands-on experiencein at least one specialization areaExperience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial facility projectsSite-based QC supervision experience requiredCertifications (based on specialization):Civil: Concrete testing certifications, structural inspection credentialsElectrical: Electrical safety and testing certificationsInstrumentation: Instrument calibration and automation certificationsNDT: NDT Level II or III certification in relevant methods (UT, RT, MT, PT)Technical Skills:Expert knowledge of Quality Control Plans and Inspection Test PlansProficiency with industry standards (ASTM, ASME, ACI, IEC, IEEE, ASNT, etc.)Understanding of construction sequences and planningInstrument calibration control capabilitiesKnowledge of warehouse procedures for material preservationFamiliarity with QC management tools and databasesCore Competencies:Client management and stakeholder communicationProject coordination and leadershipSubcontractor/supplier management and controlResource allocation and workload managementQuality training deliveryISO 9001 Quality Management System understandingAdditional Information In SEGULA Technologies, la diversità, l'equità e l'inclusione sono al centro della nostra politica delle risorse umane.
