With a consolidated yearly turnover of €6.3 billion and a workforce of over 5,500 dedicated individuals, we fuel success through cutting‑edge technology and diverse talent.Your Role Will EncompassExecute scheduled preventive maintenance and support corrective maintenance activities on solar PV plants.Assist in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, escalating complex faults when needed.Monitor basic plant performance indicators and ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.Maintain accurate documentation, including maintenance logs and technical reports; support the update of server files and backups.Support spare parts handling and assist external contractors during onsite interventions.Use and update the CMMS and other internal tools according to company procedures.Work remotely as required and travel regularly to various solar plant locations.What You Bring To The Role1–2 years of experience in maintenance or troubleshooting of solar PV plants or relevant electrical/industrial experience.Basic understanding of PV systems, including string inverters, trackers, MV/LV equipment, and monitoring systems.Hands‑on experience in general electrical works.Technical Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).Knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and willingness to follow company safety procedures.Fluent Italian and basic English.Valid driver’s license and availability to travel.Your BenefitsAttractive remuneration packageFriendly and professional working environmentContinuous trainingCooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt a flexible cooperation model to achieve fast results and increase productivityWe respect your personal data.
