They design, develop, and launch credit products across the globe. The team manages our products from day one to the end — developing the back and front-end, the data science infrastructure, and then creating a local setup in each country with scalable risk management and portfolio management solutions. It's a big old job, but our people are a Credit to us all.As a Credit Wholesale Manager for our Supply Chain Finance offering, you'll be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing credit risk policies, procedures, and strategies for Revolut’s Supply Chain Finance products. You'll be a key contributor to the launch of our Supply Chain Finance lending portfolio in your assigned market, and as that book grows, you'll be managing validation of the underwriting strategy, as well as leading the charge for preventative and reactive actions to the market and product offering.Up for the challenge? Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingDesigning a scalable underwriting system with standardized data, processes, and policies for the market you ownCollaborating with Data Science and Engineering to develop Origination, Monitoring, Provisioning, and Collections Risk ModelsImplementing continuous monitoring processes for receivables and payables, developing automated alerts for credit deterioration, and dynamically adjusting credit capacityShaping underwriting credit policies to maximise portfolio-level economic returnsProviding thought leadership on defining and evolving the risk appetite for this productMaking key underwriting decisions for significant exposuresMaintaining effective working relationships with the second line of defenceSupporting departmental objectives and planning activitiesWhat You'll NeedProven expertise in managing credit risk for mid-market Supply Chain Finance productsExcellent understanding of credit policy governance and effective collaboration with 2nd and 3rd lines of defenceTrack record in identifying and monitoring risk and fraud, and implementing and testing controlsProven ability to plan strategically, manage interdependencies, and deliver exceptional resultsClear, concise, and structured communication style with the ability to explain complex conceptsExceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving, processing complex information for optimal decision-makingThe ability to balance thorough risk assessment with the need for timely execution and business impactBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
