Move with us for a better world Your Role We are searching for a dedicated Technical Services Performance Specialist to join our team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy). This role involves the management, monitoring and analysis of specific Technical Service processes in close collaboration with our Subsidiaries worldwide. Your impact and contribution in this role will drive service excellence and enhance customer satisfaction. Your ImpactAnalyze data and monitor KPIs currently used in the Technical Service area to highlight trends, issues or possible areas of improvement; Provide direct support to Subsidiaries to improve efficiency and streamline current processes; Deliver training sessions to colleagues in Subsidiaries to increase service excellence, either remotely or at local offices;
