Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll focus on maximizing category performance while leading and mentoring other Category Managers dedicated to Italy.Job DescriptionAbout your tasksManage and optimizethe product portfolio, developing assortment and market positioning strategiesEnsure category targets are met, improving product presentation with a customer‑centric approachDefine and manage key performance targetsin collaboration with different stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and continuous optimization of category performanceOversee strategic and operational projects, collaborating with different departments to enhance category performanceMonitor and analyzemarket trends to refine and adapt category strategiesLead and developthe Category Management team for Italy, providing strategic direction and supportQualificationsAbout youAcademic backgroundin Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldStrong experience(min. 5 years) in Category Management, experience in e-commerceAnalytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, constantly changing environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at various organizational levels, inItalian as well as English(At least first) Professionalleadership experienceYou can work remotely a lotif you prefer, but you should be able and willing to come to our office in Settala (near Milan) around twice per week.
