IL RUOLO Il Direttore Generale ha la responsabilità complessiva della gestione, dell’efficienza operativa e del posizionamento strategico della Società, assicurando l’attuazione degli indirizzi dell’Assemblea dei Soci e il pieno raggiungimento degli obiettivi di performance.Riportando agli organi societari, il ruolo prevede la guida dell’organizzazione, il coordinamento delle funzioni interne e il presidio delle relazioni istituzionali, nazionali e internazionali.RESPONSABILITÀ CHIAVEDirezione generale e coordinamento delle funzioni operative, economico-finanziarie e delle risorse umaneAttuazione delle delibere dell’Assemblea e dell’Organo AmministrativoPianificazione, gestione e controllo dei budget e delle performanceSupervisione delle attività di marketing, comunicazione e promozione della destinazioneCoordinamento dei Club di Prodotto, dei Comitati e dei partner territorialiGestione di gare, appalti e forniture (ruolo di RUP)Sviluppo di progetti finanziati, fundraising e project foundingRelazioni istituzionali con enti pubblici, stakeholder privati e partner internazionaliRappresentanza della Società e gestione dei flussi informativi verso i SociREQUISITI ESSENZIALI FormazioneLaurea magistrale o titolo equivalente (obbligatorio)Esperienza managerialeMinimo 3 anni di esperienza consolidata in ruoli di direzione generale o direzione di funzioneEsperienza maturata in organizzazioni con almeno 15 addettiContesto pubblico, privato o mistoSettoreEsperienza diretta nei settori turismo / Destination Management Organization (DMO) e promozione territoriale / agroalimentareOrganizzazione di eventi turistici, agroalimentari, congressuali e incentive e sportiviCompetenze professionali dimostrabiliGestione economica, finanziaria e delle risorse umaneMarketing e comunicazione, con utilizzo professionale di canali digitali e social mediaFundraising e project managementGestione di relazioni istituzionali e partnership pubblico-privateLingueItaliano : fluenteInglese : livello avanzato / professionaleRequisiti operativiPatente BDisponibilità all’assunzione dell’incarico entro 2 mesiINQUADRAMENTOContratto di diritto privatoIncarico triennale, rinnovabile per altri due anniTrattamento economico commisurato al ruolo, con quota variabile legata ai risultati, nei limiti previsti dalla normativa vigente (maggiori dettagli nel bando)Per visionare i dettagli della posizione e inviare la propria candidatura è necessario copiare e incollare il link qui sotto : ricerca è rivolta a persone di entrambi i sessi (L. 903 / 77).
