Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated professional for an Italian Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to Italian-speaking clients within the Customer Support Services sector.
- Analyze complex user inquiries and provide effective solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in the company CRM to streamline future support resolutions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our client’s values while solving technical or service-related challenges.
- Collaborate with international teams to optimize support processes and improve service quality standards.
- Achieve individual and team-based KPIs to qualify for monthly performance bonuses.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate and relevant guidance to customers.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory for this role).
- Previous experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing environment is highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, as part of a collaborative team.
