Key duties include developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing media relations, analyzing market trends, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.RESPONSIBILITIESStrategy and planning: Develop and implement overarching marketing, brand, and communication strategies aligned with sales objectives covering both consumer and business channels.Content creation: Create and manage content for websites, social media, press releases, newsletters, and other marketing materials.Campaign management: Develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing and advertising campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.Brand management: Oversee all aspects of the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all communications channels.Media relations: Build and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure positive media coverage and manage public relations activities.Market analysis: Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform strategy and tactics.Internal communications: Manage internal communications to ensure employees are informed and aligned with company messaging.Budget management: Define and manage budgets for social media, PR and communications activities according to each category business plan.Stakeholder collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and achieve shared goals.QUALIFICATIONS7 years experience in same role preferably in CE market including Business channelsREQUIRED SKILLSStrategic thinkingStrong written and verbal communicationContent creation and editingProject managementData analysisLeadershipCrisis communicationPAY RANGE AND COMPENSATION PACKAGE The offer is addressed to candidates in compliance with Legislative Decree 198 / 2006 and Legislative Decrees 215 / 2003 and 216 / 2003.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT We are committed to diversity and inclusivity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
