Field Service Engineer -Northern Italy
Love the challenge of fixing what others can't? Join a fast-growing life sciences company on a mission to accelerate breakthroughs in human health.
You'll be the go-to expert keeping cutting-edge Proteomics instruments running at customer sites across Italy, Switzerland & South France - diagnosing hardware, software and chemistry issues, and turning frustrated customers into fans.
What you'll do:
Install, maintain and repair complex lab systems on-site Troubleshoot tricky technical problems under pressure Drive root-cause fixes, not just band-aids Be the face of the company for ~60% of your time on the roadWhat you'll bring:
A science/engineering degree (or equivalent hands-on experience) Solid grounding in optical, electrical & mechanical systems A knack for root cause analysis Bonus points: Mass Spec experience, CRM tools (Salesforce/ServiceMax), and Italian language skillsIf you're a technically sharp, people-savvy engineer who thrives on the road and loves solving problems no one else can - we want to hear from you.
