What are the key details of this opportunity? Salary : €50000 gross annual salary + €2240 performance bonus; Working hours : Full-time (2 days of remote work per week); Start date : as soon as possible. You will have the opportunity to join a well‑recognized company in the industrial sector, specialized in the production of cooling systems and known for its strong focus on efficiency, innovation, and cross‑functional collaboration. The company values technical expertise and encourages strategic, high‑impact projects. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or equivalent; 2-3 years of experience in Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Project Management; Solid understanding of manufacturing processes; Previous experience in the industrial heating, refrigeration, or compressed air sectors ; Fluent English , both written and spoken; Availability to travel internationally, with a valid passport and eligibility for a USA visa. What will you be doing? Manage selected categories and related vendors to ensure business continuity and cost control; Scout, onboard, and negotiate with suppliers in line with business needs and company strategies; Actively participate in BOC (Business Operating Committee) to promote and implement productivity initiatives in collaboration with R&D and Quality teams; Support and lead QVE (Quality Value Engineering) actions together with Project Managers, Marketing, Quality, and R&D; Build and maintain a robust pipeline of productivity projects in cooperation with Buyers and the Procurement Manager. Technical and soft skills required: Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, supplier management, market analysis, and cost modeling; Financial acumen, internal cost, and budget management capabilities; Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Project Management knowledge; Teamwork attitude, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills; Proactive mindset, dynamic approach, and strong results orientation.
