Il tirocinante supporterà il team IT nella gestione di assistenza tecnico-informatica, incidenti e richieste, collaborando con il Service Desk. La posizione prevede rimborso mensile di €900 , buoni pasto giornalieri da €8 e possibilità di smart working fino al 50%.

We are looking for a curious, proactive person eager to challenge themselves in an international and dynamic environment. Joining Hilti as an intern means experiencing much more than a simple internship: it’s a structured six‑month program that will allow you to discover our culture, develop concrete skills, and contribute to real projects within the IT team

What You'll do

You will support the IT Team in providing assistance to employees across all IT services, including hardware, digital workplace, systems, applications, and equipment.
You will follow established processes to manage incidents and service requests throughout their lifecycle.
You will collaborate with the Service Desk Team to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues.
You will contribute to maintaining high standards of IT service delivery and user satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

IT diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Fluent English and Italian
Knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365
