Synergie Italia S.p.A. – Agenzia per il Lavoro Divisione Search, seleziona per importante realtà operante nel settore della finanza agevolata , una risorsa da inserire come: INNOVATION ENGINEER JUNIOR In un contesto dinamico e stimolate ed in affiancamento a Manager e Professionisti Senior, l’Innovation Engineer Junior acquisirà le competenze operative in tutte le fasi/attività di consulenza dell’Area Tecnica, attraverso un supporto alle imprese, anche in collaborazione con Enti di ricerca e Università, nei percorsi di innovazione, assistendole nello sviluppo di strategie di investimento e progetti di ricerca e sviluppo. Il ruolo sarà focalizzato sull’esecuzione proattiva e responsabile di attività progettuali, supportando il team leader nelle sue attività sia operative che di gestione del cliente. Il/la candidato/a ideale presenta i seguenti requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria Interesse a conoscere, interfacciarsi e collaborare con diverse realtà aziendali operanti in tutti i settori tipici dell’ingegneria (industriale, medicale, software, ecc.) anche tramite trasferte e visite presso le aziende. ·Buone capacità relazionali, di ascolto e di scrittura , attenzione al dettaglio. Predisposizione a lavorare in team, autonomia nella gestione dei task e proattività Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi, con particolare riguardo per il rispetto delle scadenze. Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Gradita esperienza anche minima nel campo della finanza agevolata.
