Position summaryThe Sales Back Office supports the commercial team by managing sales-related administrative and operational activities. The role is part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment and requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. The position is fully on-site. Tasks and responsibilitiesAccurate data entry and maintenance of sales records Management and follow-up of customer orders Booking and verification of supplier invoices Day-to-day sales support and coordination with internal departments QualificationsFluent English, both written and spoken Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within structured or international companies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities From time to time, the role may require availability to work on weekends, depending on business needs.
