Field Engineer / Field Delivery

Il candidato si inserirà nell’area Customer Service e si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Assistenza, supporto e manutenzione di apparecchiature e sistemi di alta tecnologia, sia presso la sede locale, che presso i clienti
  • Installazione Hardware e Software, testing, simulazione, revisione, messa a punto di apparecchiature e sistemi elettronici presso i Clienti e presso i laboratori Aziendali
  • Stesura procedure, documentazione tecnica

Il candidato ideale dovrà soddisfare i seguenti requisiti:

  • Diploma in ambito elettronico, informatico, telecomunicazioni
  • Conoscenza Hardware e Software di PC, Server, Router, Networking, Firewall sistemi di cablaggio
  • Conoscenza di reti LAN, WAN
  • Buona conoscenza dei principali software Office
  • Buone capacità comunicative
  • Riservatezza
  • Buona conoscenza ed utilizzo della lingua inglese
  • Predisposizione alla continua formazione e aggiornamento in modalità autonoma

E' gradita, ma non fondamentale, un'esperienza precedente di 2 anni nell'installazione di Server Client, di impianti di trasmissione dati telefonici, nel servizio di assistenza clienti, nel problem solving e nella cura del cliente.

Il candidato ideale dovrà essere disponibile a trasferte di durata variabile sull'intero territorio nazionale.
