Their products include graphene‑enhanced coatings, lubricants and fluids for HVAC/Refrigeration and other systems, and ongoing development of graphene‑aluminium‑ion batteries for next‑generation energy storage. They have won multiple awards and their products drive significant fuel savings and reduction in harmful emissions. We are seeking salespeople to help drive their already rapid growth in Europe.Are you a driven, tech‑savvy sales professional eager to help bring cutting‑edge clean‑tech products to market? In this role, you will represent a pioneering graphene technology company, selling advanced materials and energy‑saving solutions to a range of industrial and commercial clients, building relationships, and driving business development.ResponsibilitiesTake charge of the entire sales process for your market, from identifying new business opportunities to sealing game‑changing dealsBuild and nurture strong relationships with both operational and executive stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted partnerDevelop and deliver strategic sales plan and route to market planning for specific marketsHelp develop tactical pricing guidelines with marketing to systemise pricing and manage negotiations with customersPrimary responsibility for customer data systems in the company for specific customers – including making sure customer master data and orders are accurately and timely entered into the ERP systemsBuild customer revenue from existing products with B2B Direct, Distributor and OEM channels whilst supporting the development of new products on the basis of customer feedback and technology/product development plansPrepare/monitor budgets and control expenses within agreed budgetsIntegrate on key touch points to progress the company's vision “Enhancing Society” and mission “Graphene Technology Enabling More from Less”Play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious sales goals that drive both the client's and their customers' successRepresent the client as a thought leader and brand ambassador at major industry events, conferences, and during strategic customer engagementsNegotiate powerful partnerships that benefit both the client and customers, all while paving the way for a greener, more sustainable futureContinuously innovate and refine service offerings, leveraging customer insights and your own strategic vision to stay ahead of the curveRequirementsIndustry Knowledge: Experience within the lubricant market, or similar technical product environments, is highly advantageousDistribution Network: Existing contacts within distributor networks for lubricants or comparable product categories are beneficialCommercial Versatility: Proven success selling both directly to end customers and through distribution or channel partnersMarket Expertise: Background in selling to automotive, industrial, or manufacturing sectors, with a strong understanding of customer needs in these environmentsCore CompetenciesMaster Communicator: Able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, from engineers to senior decision‑makersResults‑Driven: Demonstrates a strong commercial mindset, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targetsRelationship Builder: Skilled at developing lasting partnerships, driving customer loyalty, and building trust at all organisational levelsTeam‑Oriented: A collaborative approach with a willingness to share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to a positive team cultureTech‑Savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office and navigating CRM systems; experience with HubSpot is an added advantageAdditional RequirementsLanguage Skills: Fluency in both Italian and English is essentialContract Flexibility: Candidates based outside the UK must be able to work on a freelance contract basisEducation / QualificationsDegree level preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
