Manpower ricerca, per multinazionale leader mondiale nella tecnologia delle energie rinnovabili, una figura di HSE Manager. La figura si occuperà di : - Esaminare regolarmente la documentazione HSE esistente - Rimanere aggiornati sulle normative locali, statali e federali e sulle best practice del settore e aggiornare i documenti di conseguenza per mantenere la conformità. - Collaborare con i responsabili dei servizi e i dipendenti per raccogliere informazioni e feedback, - Raccogliere e analizzare i dati HSE per identificare tendenze e aree di miglioramento e tradurre i risultati in aggiornamenti dei documenti. - Generare relazioni sulla conformità e sulle prestazioni dei documenti HSE, presentando i risultati alla direzione. - Gestire il processo E2E di preparazione della documentazione HSE per consentire al nostro team di assistenza l'accesso in loco agli impianti dei nostri clienti. - Gestire in autonomia le richieste dei clienti su argomenti HSE. - Supportare il team di vendita - Occuparsi della raccolta, del controllo e dell'archiviazione di tutta la documentazione HSE necessaria nei vari cantieri. - Raccogliere tutte le informazioni necessarie per la redazione del Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi (DVR) e curarne l'elaborazione. - Organizza e monitora i corsi di formazione dei lavoratori secondo quanto previsto dall'art. 37 del D.Lgs. 81/08 e s.m.i. e le visite mediche obbligatorie. - Prepara la valutazione dei rischi per la salute e la sicurezza. - Gestisce le attività relative alla salute e alla sicurezza sul lavoro. - Coordina le attività di conformità ai requisiti di legge in materia di ESH e gestisce le pratiche di autorizzazione e i contatti con gli enti esterni. Si richiede: - Laurea in un settore pertinente: Ingegneria (es. Ambientale) o Tecniche Prevenzione e Protezione luoghi di lavoro o disciplina affine o/e formazione superiore equivalente (istituto tecnico) o/e completamento di un corso di formazione con qualifica di RSPP o ASPP. - Comprovata esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni. - Forte conoscenza del Testo Unico 81/08 s.m.i./Testo Unico ambientale 152/06 e s.m.i./normativa antincendio e CPI/Accordo stato regione per formazione. - Inglese di livello avanzato.
