If you’re ready for a career that allows you to make a real difference in the lives of others and reap the rewards that come with it, you are made for thisOur Home Health Clinical Managers enjoy some excellent benefits:Competitive salary of $90,000-$95,000/YearEligible for performance and tenure-based bonusesAutonomy and work-life balanceOnline training, growth and ability to earn CEUsPaid Time Off and Company Paid HolidaysMedical/Dental/Vision/Disability/Life insurance & 401(k) BenefitsAs a Clinical Manager, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:Assures ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of the patientAssures the development and evaluation of the plan of care in partnership with the patient, representative (if any), and caregiver(s)Assures the development of the education for the patient and the family, and other caregivers to promote patient progress toward mutually established goalsCoordinates services including patient care and referralsCommunicates with all physicians involved in the plan of care and other health care practitioners (as appropriate) related to the current plan of careSupervises paraprofessional and licensed professional team membersUses clinical decision-making to efficiently and effectively manage an assigned patient populationA few must-haves for Home Health Clinical Managers:A clinical manager is a person who is a licensed physician, physical therapist, speech-language pathologist, occupational therapist, audiologist, social worker, or a registered nurseGraduate of an accredited school for applicable disciplineLicensed in the state of which he/she practicesLicense is active and in good standingCPR certification is currentThree (3) years home care experience preferredTwo (2) years management experience preferredAble to demonstrate strong organizational and managerial skillsInterimHealthCare provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, gender, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability or veteran status.#INDVARN#J-18808-Ljbffr
