Overview ITALY FRAGRANCE PRODUCT MANAGER At Shiseido Italy, the Fragrance division is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of perfumery brands such as Narciso Rodriguez, Issey Miyake, Zadig & Voltaire and Serge Lutens, ensuring the successful launch and lifecycle management of perfumery products across Italian markets. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, consumer-relevant products through operational excellence, close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong focus on market needs and performance. Role The Fragrance Product Manager is responsible for the operational strategy, roadmap and definition of a product line, so of a specific brand. He/she must work as the brand/brands entrepreneur by federating all the stakeholders around brands’ objectives. They work closely with cross-functional teams, as well as with suppliers linked to retail, event planners, customers and International Marketing to ensure the product meets market needs and aligns with the company and group goals. This role is key in driving the success of a product and brand, and requires a balance of strategic thinking, project management and practical execution. Main Responsibilities Product Operational Strategy and Vision: Locally develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, according to marketing plan.
