DevWorld, a dynamic and fast‑growing IT consulting firm, is partnering with a leading IT company to recruit a Senior Product Manager & Business Analyst who will play a key role in shaping and evolving their product portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of driving product initiatives from concept to execution while collaborating across technical and non‑technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market analysis, benchmarking, and competitive monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.Develop comprehensive business cases—including cost‑benefit evaluations, alternative scenarios, and projected impacts—to support investment decisions.Define and track strategic OKRs, ensuring full alignment with company objectives.Analyze product usage data, performance metrics, and profitability to generate insights and support strategic decision‑making.Gather and translate business requirements by engaging with customers and internal stakeholders; design solutions aligned with business goals in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.Conceptualize and enhance innovative solutions by optimizing existing processes and functionalities.Identify, prioritize, and manage product improvements with the goal of increasing usability and customer satisfaction.Lead and coordinate major project initiatives, ensuring proper governance, progress tracking, and issue management.Requirements5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management and / or Business Analysis.Strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem‑solving.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.Solid communication and presentation skills.English level: B2 or higher.What We OfferFully remote work opportunities.Freelance collaboration contract or permanent employment.Real projects using modern technologies.A dynamic, open, and growing work environment.Competenze richieste : product manager business analyst insuranceWe invite candidates whose profiles match the requirements of the open position to apply.
