Join to apply for the Insurance Telematics & Fleet Sales Senior Manager role at Vodafone .Role Purpose The individual will be responsible for managing, leading, and developing the Insurance Telematics sales team at Vodafone Automotive. The team consists of five members located across multiple countries, handling both direct and indirect sales.Responsibilities Generate over $20 million in annual revenue and approximately $12 million in new business by positioning Vodafone’s leading telematics solutions among insurance clients and fleet operators.Develop and implement effective sales strategies for digital insurance and fleet services based on a deep understanding of the telematics and connected vehicle markets.Create a robust sales pipeline and maximize revenue opportunities across all markets.Own and develop the global insurance telematics strategy and the fleet strategy in the EU5 region, engaging with VBI, Opco markets, and partner markets.Achieve margin targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction as a primary deliverable.Lead and nurture sales talent, allocate accounts and opportunities to maximize revenue growth, and ensure diversity and attrition targets within the sales team.Profile Achieves annual targets for revenue, margins, and new business total contract value (NB TCV).Develops and agrees on the sales strategy for insurance telematics and fleet, identifying opportunities and threats to maintain a market‑leading position.Cultivates and sustains relationships with key accounts, engaging directly with key customers to support pipeline closure and foster long‑term relationships.Motivates the sales team and allocates accounts and opportunities to maximize revenue growth, ensuring diversity and meeting attrition targets.Ensures the team’s adherence to sales methods and tools, aligning with other teams and functions across Vodafone, and manages interactions at all levels within Vodafone to secure full alignment and support.Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance telematics with essential automotive field knowledge.Strong team management skills.High‑level communication and negotiation abilities, both externally and internally.Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.Proficiency in IT, including Windows, MS Office, and Salesforce.Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).Employment Type Seniority Level Not ApplicableJob Function OtherInformation Services, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Telecommunications#J-18808-Ljbffr
