Kito Chain Italia, storica azienda e leader nella produzione di catene industriali e di sistemi di sollevamento, appartenente al Gruppo Kito Crsoby, cerca, per il proprio stabilimento di Tarvisio (Ud), un / a Production Manager. Rispondendo all'Operations Director, la persona, si occuperà principalmente delle seguenti attività :Gestione della produzione : pianificazione, coordinamento e supervisione delle attività e dei processi produttivi garantendo il rispetto delle tempistiche, dei volumi produttivi, degli standard di qualità e dei KPI previsti.Ottimizzazione dei processi : identificazione e implementazione delle azioni di miglioramento dei processi e delle tempistiche di produzione con un approccio lean manufacturing.Qualità e sicurezza : supervisione della corretta applicazione delle normative in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente in collaborazione con L'RSPP aziendale.Gestione del personale : coordinamento dei capi turno per una positiva gestione del personale, garantendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo e collaborativo;Manutenzioni : coordinamento del team di manutenzione (elettrico, meccanico ed idraulico).Reporting : lettura e analisi dati, predisposizione dei report periodici sull'andamento della produzione.Requisiti Laurea (preferibile Ingegneria meccanica o gestionale).Esperienza : minimo 5 anni in analoghi, preferibilmente in aziende di produzione meccanica.Conoscenza approfondita dei processi produttivi, delle normative sulla qualità / sicurezza (es. ISO 9001 / DL. 81 / 08) e delle tecniche di miglioramento continuo.Capacità problem solving, team building .Dimostrata capacità di leadership partecipativa.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Conoscenza dei processi e degli strumenti di Lean Manufacturing.Capacità dimostrata di lavorare con dati e KPI e di convertirli in piani d'azione.Eccellenti competenze analitiche e di Excel.L'esperienza in SAP, in PowerBI o Tableau è un plus.Si offre Inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato.Pacchetto retributivo di sicuro interesse e in linea con il mercato.Alloggio in foresteria.Opportunità di crescita professionale in un'azienda multinazionale.#J-18808-Ljbffr
