Together with your team, you will ensure that the number of our active parking sites in Italy continues to grow.To drive our innovative ideas and ambitious visions forward, we are looking for talents like youWhat to expectTechnical planning: You are responsible for the technical planning of our parking sites, including the analysis and determination of hardware placements across the parking area.Coordination: You manage internal and external resources to ensure project progress and work closely with various teams in the Operations department and beyond.Installation planning: You plan installations and maintenance activities and show creativity in solving any on-site issues that arise.Customer management: You act as the technical point of contact for your projects and coordinate a smooth installation/commissioning process with the customer.Continuous improvement: You challenge the status quo and ensure ongoing process optimization.Reporting: You regularly report KPIs and collaborate closely with various teams.Stakeholder management: You engage professionally with external partners and handle negotiations with confidence.Background: You hold a degree in industrial engineering, (technical) business administration, or a comparable qualification.Experience: You bring around 2–3 years of experience in project management or operations.Technical affinity: You have spatial reasoning skills, technical understanding, and a hands‑on mentality.Work style: Analytical thinking as well as structured and thorough work are among your strengths.Think out of the box: You work independently and take ownership, demonstrating proactivity and solution‑oriented thinking.Open personality: You communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.Language skills: Your Italian is at C2 level, and you communicate fluently and confidently in English (B2).What we offerFlexibility & Responsibility: Your workday, your performance – Our hybrid model empowers you to focus from home, get fresh perspectives during workation, and connect in person during our Anchor Days (Tuesday to Thursday) at our Milan office.Ownership & Autonomy: Your impact, your results - Take full ownership of your area and your KPIs.Regional benefits: In Italy, our employees benefit from Satispay Lunch Cards.Team Culture & Networking: Real connections - also beyond the day‑to‑day.
