Si occuperà nello specifico dell'assistenza clienti di secondo livello nella gestione degli ordini del materiale e pezzi di ricambio, si occuperà della spedizione, gestione dei reclami.Imparerà e applicherà le procedure operative e approfondirà la conoscenza dei prodotti, con l’obiettivo di acquisire gradualmente autonomia nella gestione quotidiana di ogni problematica.RequisitiSiamo alla ricerca di una risorsa che abbia un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata. Necessaria esperienza nell'assistenza post vendita, assistenza clienti esteri, customer care in call center o aziende mediamente strutturate, durante la quale ha potuto gestire il rapporto con i clienti o corrieri o trasportatori e hai gestito i reclami.Richiesto un buon livello di conoscenza di Excel.Problem solving, flessibilità, multitasking, capacità di lavorare in gruppo con spirito collaborativo, completano il profilo.Altre informazioniSi offre un primo contratto in somministrazione di 6 mesi, finalità inserimento diretto. CCNL Commercio*14 mensilità. Livello di inserimento in base all’esperienza effettiva. Ral indicativa 25k – 30k + buoni pasto da 8€.
