FinOps Analyst - Cash Application, Global Accounts ReceivableGAR (Global Accounts Receivable) is looking for a proactive, customer and detail-oriented Unapplied Cash Calling analyst to support the Canada region. The successful candidate will be aligned with our Finance Operations – Global Accounts Receivable team and will be responsible for accounts receivable, customer queries and dispute resolution. You will be responsible for Cash Applications where in you need to have extensive knowledge and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA’s. Solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with customers is required.As part of our commitment to your development, you will also gain exposure in cross-functional and process improvement projects, and your core responsibilities will include following:Ensure timely closure of payments with high degree of accuracyProactively do Outbound Call and Respond to customer queries through call and/or emailResearch unapplied payments and work with customer to identify the root cause and resolve open issues on
