In this role you lead the Finance and Accounting HQ Support Section to manage and record financial transactions across Accounts Payable/Receivable, Travel, Payroll, Fixed Assets and Inventory. You contribute to policy development and coordinate with HQ divisions and NATO counterparts to ensure compliance and timely reporting. You will oversee approvals, payroll reconciliation, and year-end processes while supporting internal and external audits. This position offers impact through safeguarding funds and enabling robust financial controls for NATO operations.
Responsabilità Oversee and direct Finance and Accounting HQ Support Section operations, focusing on AP, AR, Travel, Payroll, Fixed Assets and Inventory
Contribute to establishment of HQ finance and accounting policy
Coordinate finance matters with HQ divisions, ACO Corporate Accounting and Control, and NATO entities
Ensure commitments stay within appropriation and contract authorities, and authorize expenditures
