SAP BASIS – Associate ManagerRoma | Milano | Automotive | Product MarketPer prestigiosa società di consulenza internazionale, operante su progetti complessi e ad alto valore tecnologico, ricerchiamo un SAP BASIS Associate Manager da inserire nell’area Infrastructure Engineering su un importante cliente automotive.Il ruoloLa risorsa entrerà a far parte di un team infraskill, collaborando con network engineer, system administrator e profili ITIL, in un contesto dinamico e poco verticalizzato, dove ogni contributo ha un impatto concreto sul progetto.Responsabilità principali- Gestione e amministrazione dell’infrastruttura SAP BASIS- Coordinamento e affiancamento di risorse junior (Analyst / Senior Analyst)- Interazione diretta con il cliente e presentazione di soluzioni tecniche- Collaborazione con team tecnici multidisciplinariRequisiti- Esperienza consolidata in ambito SAP BASIS- Esperienza, anche iniziale, nel coordinamento o mentoring di 2–3 risorse junior- Background client-facing e capacità di gestione degli stakeholder- Inglese fluente (requisito fondamentale, contesto internazionale)- Valutabili anche profili provenienti da clienti finali (end user)Non è richiesta esperienza su RISE with SAPSede e modalità di lavoro- Roma o Milano- Modalità ibrida:- Presenza richiesta almeno 2 giorni a settimana- In alcune fasi progettuali può essere richiesta presenza full onsitePerché candidarsi- Progetti strutturati e di lunga durata- Contesto tecnologico avanzato e multidisciplinare- Opportunità di crescita su programmi strategici in ambito SAP
