For our client an entrepreneurial buy & build platform backed by experienced investors, pursuing an ambitious growth strategy through acquisitions, we are looking for a highly motivated:

Buy & Build I M&A Sr. Analyst

To join the italian team at an early stage and actively contribute to sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions, while also supporting the set‐up of internal financial processes.

This is a hands‐on role offering full exposure to the deal lifecycle, from origination to execution, in a fast‐paced and dynamic environment.

Activities
The candidate will be involved across the board in the main origination, analysis, and execution activities:

  • Support in identifying investment opportunities through market scouting, target screening, and initial contact with potential targets;
  • Development, updating, and maintenance of financial models to support transaction evaluation;
  • Financial analysis of targets, including valuation, business planning, and financial modeling
  • Support in the execution phases, coordinating external advisors and contributing to negotiation activities;
  • Review of contractual documentation and preparation of materials for internal and external decision-making (e.G., financial institutions);
  • Support in structuring and optimizing internal processes, reporting tools, and performance control and monitoring frameworks.

Required Profile
The ideal candidate has:

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or similar disciplines;
  • Approximately 2-3 years' experience in M&A (boutiques, private equity funds, buy-and-build projects, or similar contexts);
  • Excellent command of Excel and solid financial modeling skills (with a focus on cash flow);
  • Experience in analysis Financial analysis, investment evaluation, and business planning;
  • Interest and attitude for origination activities;
  • Operational approach and ability to work in dynamic and entrepreneurial environments;
  • Excellent knowledge of English.

Compensation: € 40.000/45.000 + Incentive Bonus
