Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a highly motivated Engineer. The Candidate will join the Building & Places Team, which provides services on large-scale real estate and civil engineering projects. Our teams work on complex real estate projects, pulling the right resources across the company to support project needs. These opportunities will help your growth in this industry. The successful candidate will develop a wide range of skills, with significant training and career possibilities, and could expect to be involved in the following activities: Support in managing multiple projects of various complexities, working with international delivery teams. Information and document management, and organization of deliveries. Assisting in the preparation of conceptual design work and the presentation of projects. Supporting the design development of project proposals and feasibility studies. Supporting client interface, preparation of presentations, and coordination and set up of meetings, agenda, and meeting minutes. Supporting project performance control and production of project control documentation: risk assessment, schedules, financial control, list of deliverables, reports, etc. Assisting in quality control of deliverables and coordination of project quality control processes. General assistance in business development tasks, including preparation of proposal bid documentation. QualificationsWe are particularly looking for candidates with the following: +6/8 years' experience in a consulting/engineering company; Fluent in Italian and English. Other European language proficiency will be a plus; Experience in Industrial/Light industrial, Logistics, and Buildings business would be an asset; Motivation, initiative, and organizational skills to work effectively in a busy multi-disciplinary environment; Flexibility to promptly respond to the changing demands of projects and programs; Goal-oriented with good communication skills, both verbal and digital ability to produce and understand written reports without consistent revisions; Ability to maintain good records of site-based activities; Reasonable flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally to conduct site visits; Understanding of building construction techniques; Knowledge and understanding of Italian Construction codes; Construction site experience will be a plus; Capability to work with BIM/2D Civil/Architectural software (Revit, AutoCad, Civil3D, etc.) and good understanding of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and Project; PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : Civil Engineering/Building Engineering Additional InformationWhat we offer: AECOM: A World of Opportunities and Benefits Attractive Compensation Package:  We offer a competitive salary along with a range of exclusive benefits, including hybrid work, meal vouchers, welfare program, resources for personal well-being and mental health, gym memberships, health insurance, laptop, smartphone, employee assistance program, business travel insurance, service recognition awards, and a pension savings plan.
