You'll make sure every customer enjoys excellent service and feels valued in every interaction.What You'll DoCommunicate with customers via phone, chat, and emailTrack and manage cases to ensure timely resolutionMaintain high customer satisfaction and represent the brand with professionalismBuild strong, positive relationships with partners and customersWork towards achieving personal and team targetsRequirementsWhat You BringFluent Italian (both written and spoken)Good English skills (min.
