Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for a Global PR & Events Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s Brand Team, reporting to the Global PR & Events Senior Manager. Such talent will define the PR & Digital PR Communication & the Events Global Strategy to drive brand awareness involving the key opinion leader (influencers, Vips, Digital Kols). In particular, you will: Develop content and materials (press releases, press kits, pictures) consistent with the global communication of the brand Build Brand presence on Top publishers, increasing brand share of voice and advocacy Manage all the press campaign in all the stages from concept, briefing for all the agencies to final execution about different contents: new launches, new collections Copywrite of Top Management’s interviews and some key people Ambassador of the brand Develop and coordinating all the media relationships, including agencies, influencer & celebrity Design organization for press events and manage pr orders worlwide Design organization and partnership management of key international events, involving also the retail team in the execution Define the guidelines for local press events and manage sponsorships, partnerships Monitor media results of PR and communication activities in order to create proper reports. What you will need to succeed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role, a previous experience in Companies in the Retail Business is a plus Excellent English knowledge. French, Spanish and/or German is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Problem solver with a to-do attitude Good communication abilities in presenting project to various stakeholders Flexibility to travel We would love if you had Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A solution-orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace Strong organisational skills with an ability to re- prioritise as required to meet deadlines Experience working in a fast-paced environment Ability to effectively work with ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
