With a commitment to quality service, innovative cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere, we aim to provide an exceptional hospitality experience. welcome we are looking for a motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team and lead our bar operations to new heights.Key ResponsibilitiesMakes signature cocktails efficiently to the correct specificationsAssist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Support the organization and cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and storage spaces.Prepares and serves drinks to guests in the restaurant with a high level of hospitalityMaintains stock levels by monitoring and passing on any orders that need to be placedSets up and closes down the bar at the start / end of each dayExperience: Minimum of 2 years as Assistant Bar ManagerSkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Good leadership potential with a hands‑on, team‑oriented attitude.Knowledge of cocktails, revered, and bar service techniques.Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.EducationA degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.CertificationsResponsible beverage service certification (if applicable in your location).AvailabilityFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance‑based bonuses.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.A fun and dynamic work environment with a supportive team.If you are an experienced and passionate Bar Manager looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
