You will take ownership after contract signature and ensure smooth planning, configuration alignment, and customer support during deployment, as well as coordination of equipment return. This role fits someone who enjoys structured work in a technical environment, communicates clearly, and takes pride in reliable execution and continuous improvement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operational deliveryOwn GSE activities for assigned projects after contract signatureCoordinate planning, production alignment, shipment preparation, and return coordination with internal teamsMaintain clear visibility on GSE availability, allocation, and project statusConfiguration and deploymentReview mission requirements and coordinate configuration with Mission Management, SRE, IT, and ProductSupport customers during preparation and deployment, including guidance and troubleshootingSupport configuration of data interfaces between GSE systems and customer systemsCross functional collaborationAct as the primary point of contact for GSE topics with Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Production, Mission Management, and technical teamsCommunicate prioritization decisions clearly and align stakeholdersEscalate major allocation conflicts or timeline risks when neededProcess improvementContribute to improving and standardizing GSE workflows and documentationTrack GSE inventory, allocation, and key costs to support decisionsCapture lessons learned and apply improvements as deployment volumes growREQUIREMENTSDegree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Space Systems, or related fieldKnowledge of RF systems (S, X, and Ka bands) for TT and C and payload testingExperience in cross functional technical environmentsStrong coordination, planning, and communication skillsAbility to support technical discussions and troubleshoot with customersComfortable managing multiple activities in a dynamic environmentExcellent communication in EnglishDESIRABLEExperience in satellite operations or ground segment servicesKnowledge of space to ground communication testingFamiliarity with virtualization or RF over IP systemsAdditional European languagesTRAVELOccasional travel for deployment support and customer guidanceShipping and logistics execution handled by Logistics and Procurement teams#J-18808-Ljbffr
